I have been using this specific protein for 1 year now, so I have a good understanding of it. Very good solubility. As for taste, I have never liked any protein and I drink them out of necessity. However, this one (vanilla and chocolate) I can drink comfortably with more water (450 ml). It does not cause me bloating. It is economical and has nothing to envy from other more expensive proteins. Finally, in the one year that I have been taking it, I have seen roughly the same results as the previous period when I was taking branded ones.

After training (4-5 times a week and 1 year of use) I do not recommend it, I did not see a difference compared to others. Good price etc. but if you don't see a difference, what good is it? Good taste, very mediocre dissolving if you care about that because that's all I see in the comments. You take a supplement for results and not for taste, which is all you see in the comments.

I have bought a total of 8 kilograms from this specific company, 4 kilograms of chocolate, 2 cookies and cream, and 2 chocolate hazelnut. The chocolate is a classic chocolate, similar to more expensive and higher quality proteins. The cookies and cream is amazing; I highly recommend it. The chocolate hazelnut, in my opinion, is terrible; it can only be tolerated with milk, not water, and it cannot be eaten with oats or yogurt. Infinite compared to other proteins, however, I must admit that it has covered me in every aspect for personal use. I got it as a supplement after bariatric surgery. First time I tried protein in general. From other patients I have heard that they cannot drink protein and that they have bloating and discomfort.
