With the push-pull configuration, the freezer 36 not only impresses with its efficient cooling performance but also with its design. The welded ends of the heat pipes are hidden by the screwed aluminum cover, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into any computer setup and showcase both performance and appearance.
Superior Cooling Solutions - Tested and Verified by Intel
Intel® tests and approves cooling solutions for its CPUs. ARCTIC's cooling solutions are not only included in the Enthusiast and Desktop categories, but also feature the Liquid Freezer III 420, which has been validated as a cooling solution for the unlocked Intel® Core® i9-13900K / i9-13900KF and i9-14900K / i9-14900KF processors. This recognition highlights the outstanding performance of our products.
Future Compatibility
The Freezer 36 is highly compatible with Intel and AMD sockets. Intel will release the new Arrow Lake processors in the LGA1851 socket in the future. ARCTIC customers do not need to worry that the new processors will also require new coolers. We guarantee full compatibility. All Freezer 36 can be used with Intel's new LGA1851 socket without restriction.
Improved fan placement
Thanks to the innovative mounting system, chamber fans are effortlessly mounted on the heatsink using a click system. This mounting method eliminates the need for fan clips, making it easier to install the cooler or replace the fans, even if the cooler is already installed. The Freezer 36 is therefore compatible with most 120 mm fans.
LGA1851 | LGA1700 Contact Frame
The independent loading mechanism (ILM) of Intel deforms the CPU by pressing it into the socket at two points with over 40 kilograms. This causes stress on the board, the DIE, and the solder layer between the DIE and the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader).
With a high thermal load, this can lead to long-term issues. The mounting frame from ARCTIC does not deform the CPU, massively reduces the mechanical load on the CPU, installs quickly and easily, and allows the cooler to be screwed onto the backplate of the CPU. As a result, the mechanical stress on the motherboard and CPU is minimized, cooling performance remains stable, and installation is quick and simple.
High-quality bearings
Thanks to a combination of alloy and lubricant developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is minimized, resulting in greater efficiency. In addition to preventing lubricant loss, the wear of the pin and sleeve is also minimized. This way, less heat is generated, less noise from the bearings, and the fan's lifespan is significantly extended.
Optimized heatsink
The heatsink fins are open on the side, allowing the pull fan to draw additional cool air out of the computer case through the heatsink. This side-flow design achieves even more efficient ventilation.
Fans P with high static pressure
ARCTIC relies on the proven P fans, which are known for their strong performance. The P series is particularly suitable for use in heatsinks and radiators. Due to the dense structure of the heatsink fins, the fans used achieve significantly better performance than fans designed for airflow thanks to their high static pressure.

Remarkable difference in temperature and very easy installation, mounted on AMD 5700G AM4 with ASUS B550M-A WIFI II motherboard. With the stock cooler under heavy loads and gaming at 3.8GHz (without overclocking), maximum temperatures averaged 85 degrees, with ASUS's automatic boost-overclocking reaching temperatures of 95 degrees. After installing the Arctic, with automatic overclocking enabled in the BIOS (4.6GHz) and a 100% core stress test for 20 minutes, maximum temperature was 69 degrees. After 30 minutes, it stabilized at 65 degrees! Easy installation and very stable cooler base. After removing the stock cooler, you need to keep the metal frame at the back of the motherboard steady in place so you can screw in the 2 support arms. Simple placement of the fans as they snap on easily (just pressing each corner of the fan) onto the cooler. Be careful before installation, don't forget to remove not only the sticker on the base but also the cardboard box that protects the pipes. Kudos to Arctic for the build quality and very good performance.
I have nothing negative to say. Very good and quiet!!! It cools an Intel Core i7-12700KF 2.7GHz which, with normal use, has not exceeded 23 degrees Celsius and with the fans set to "Silent Mode" (not that they are very loud in "Full Mode" either...)! Also, the installation on the motherboard is easy!
Top VFM cooler with two quality fans, its own paste in the package (MX-6) and all the accessories (mounts and screws).
Super easy installation on Ryzen processor, without the need to disassemble the motherboard, with "snap-on" 120mm fans (kudos to Arctic), that do not "interfere" with the memory.
On Ryzen 7 5700G with stock cooler, without overclocking, during rendering it reached 89°C (CPU core). Now it barely reaches 60°C!
A huge difference that I didn't expect to see! "Absolutely" Arctic Freezer 36 then!
I had an issue with the Ryzen 5 5600x; idle I was at 60 degrees and in-game I was easily hitting 90, slowly damaging the processor. As soon as I installed the Arctic, it went to 29 degrees idle and 60 degrees in heavy games. For the money, it's very, very good; get it!!!
Initially used on a Ryzen 5 5600X, which didn't have any issues anyway, I simply sold the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Black that I had. However, the system now has a Ryzen 9 5900X installed, and after some adjustments in the BIOS regarding PBO and related settings, I declare myself absolutely satisfied with such an economical cooler on such a demanding processor. Performance that I didn't expect, as the PC is used not only for gaming but also for editing. After the necessary BIOS adjustments, in stress tests it stays just under 80 degrees (around 78) without exceeding it. In gaming at 1440p, which I play, it doesn't even come close. Clearly, there are even better and larger coolers, and I don't compare it with big names that cost 3-4 or 5 times more money, but for its price, it has the best performance. Anyway, on the 5600X, which I compared both, although I had no issues with temperatures, to my great surprise, I saw a decrease in temperatures compared to before (note that the system is set up in a full tower with excellent airflow).

Excellent and quite quiet cooler. It was installed on a Ryzen 7700 and I haven't seen temperatures above 85 degrees so far even with multiple heavy photo/video editing applications open as well as old games.
Very good cooler, I have installed it on the Ryzen 5700x and so far it hasn't exceeded 55 degrees. Of course, the heaviest game I opened to play was GTA RP. I will come back in the future for an update
25 euros is a STEAL, it is fantastic for its price and with a 7500F at 100% usage it doesn't go above 75 degrees, and maybe the paste I applied wasn't very good, but still it doesn't heat up easily during gaming, maxing out at 65 to 70 degrees. I recommend it for up to a 7600, but not the BN X. However, I can't say much about Intel, especially with the latest developments, and in general, I haven't seen anything from this cooler
Absolutely satisfied. It has 2 silent fans that do a very good job. The installation on the processor is very easy. At this price, I don't think you will find anything better. In the product photos, you can see a video of mine presenting it.
