They say it's not possible. Guys, the electric exfoliator is not a spatula that needs pressure. It doesn't require pressure, the power it has is enough to do the job. The stone on the roller, with the repetition of the rotations, does the work. Of course, the feet need to be wet, right? If you know how to handle it, you can do a great job, it can even scratch you. You need to hold it steadily over the problem area and with the rotations, it removes dead skin. Well, if you see that it has collected a lot of dead skin, shake it a bit or change the emery stone! Basic physics.
Other than that, it's true that there is something wrong with its mechanism, regarding the power supply.
At some point, it stopped working, indeed the batteries inside leaked, I cleaned it on the contacts, changed the batteries (by the way, while trying to understand what was happening, how its connection works, where the contact plate for the batteries is on the top part of the lid, it rotates like crazy, I tried to screw it, but nothing. I don't even know if it finds the correct poles of the battery to make the circuit..) - it never worked again. Great.

Unacceptable product.... I bought one piece at first... the batteries inside were almost melted but it worked when I put new ones for about 10 times.... very weak, it doesn't remove dead skin... after it broke, I bought the same one again because I assumed that the battery issue was just a "coincidence", but the second time half of the batteries were exploded and the others were leaking liquid and of course it didn't work at all.... unacceptable unfortunately despite its brand....

I wanted this product because of the brand, which is supposed to specialize in feet. I waited for many years for its price to drop, and finally bought it from a pharmacy.
