I use this specific machine for both trimming and shaving. It is very lightweight with quality construction, sufficient cable length, and it is powerful but for shaving it simply trims the hair, it does not shave like razor blades and it is easily cleaned with a brush without needing oiling. However, it has one drawback. When I use it on the body, it gets stuck on the skin in certain areas and leaves the mark of the blades like a wound. Therefore, it is only suitable for head and facial trimming.

one of the worst trimmers, impossible to trim, you have to go through the same spot many times. I have used other Phillips trimmers, but this is the worst. Unfortunately, you cannot return the product once it has been used, it is not worth it at all.

I bought it for my beard and not for shaving. So my review is for use on the beard. The choice was purely because of the cord and not the battery. It is powerful, doesn't get clogged, has a long cord, and is easy to clean. It also looks well-made. I think there is no reason to buy a more expensive machine.

The way the blades work is not correct, if you try to trim areas where the skin is not smooth, the comb leaves gaps resulting in cutting closer than the desired setting and causing holes in the hair.

The machine operates only with a cable! It does not have a battery! This is not written ANYWHERE in its specifications. Overall, it is good, but for an extra 5-6 euros, you can get one that has a rechargeable battery and be free from the cable.

Simple and user-friendly machine for shaving and trimming. For shaving, it is incredibly convenient, as it has a comb for length options, is lightweight, and has a long enough cord. For trimming, it is good, it just gets clogged (cleans easily) and you have to go over it 2-3 times to achieve the desired result (the only drawback). It has plenty of length options for trimming, does not heat up after a long period of use, and is not heavy at all. A very good choice for beginners in trimming and for the money, it is incredibly value for money (with 2-3 trims, you have already made a return on investment, what else do you want?)

Classic simple Philips machine. Every approximately 2 years I get a new one because they only last that long. All the previous ones I have opened and they have the same electric engine inside, only the design changes.
