  I have bought 2 pieces in 2017 and since then they have been playing continuously in a link of 350m with visual contact. They have stuck a few times but they have never bothered me. I haven't even looked for software updates since '17... Their use is for sharing a simple adsl between 2 houses in a village in the province. I can say that they have left me satisfied because even though they are outdoors (they don't mind the rain though), they have never bothered me nor required any maintenance.

  *It doesn't have a great range in a house with a shop, it reached about 450 meters on one line, so NO connection.

  I could write about many advantages, but I will mention a few. First of all, I have set up 3 m2 as an access point and two m2 clients at an angle of about 100 degrees. The access point does not see any straight ahead, it looks in between, and the signal is approximately -56db. The distance is more than 2 kilometers for both. I moved away from tplink and I am satisfied. It requires some extra knowledge when using a repeater because it only works with wep and Mac address, but I learned the hard way from lblink. I had a couple of freezes, but nothing significant in the one year that the access point has been working. I forgot to mention that I get up to 90% of the router's speed, and as I said, they work in a triangle with a total distance of 6 kilometers between them. These are definitely worth the money. In the future, I will trust the more expensive models in the 5-kilometer range for various reasons.

  I have it for about 5 years, and it's bulletproof!
  I had it tied on the rooftop with plastic clips, which after a few years the weather conditions destroyed them, causing it to fall and flip upside down. After that, a storm came and filled the electronic circuit with water.
  I had given up on it, but I thought of giving it one last chance by spraying it with CRC oil specially made for electronics. The router worked perfectly!
  It has endured heat and cold, and it doesn't understand Christos!
  The settings environment is relatively user-friendly, and the only problem I have encountered is setting the time.
  Restart was rarely needed, which can also be done wirelessly from a distance, even when it's not functioning properly.
  Personally, I cut an empty foam bottle and placed it on top of it to provide additional protection from the weather conditions.
  I advise you to tie it to the support point with wire or a weather-resistant medium.
  Also, place it as low as possible to protect it from interference.
  Adjust the power to the minimum point of proper operation to minimize unwanted access from others.

  I could have gotten a Router but the router would have provided a stronger signal. This antenna did not provide a signal even at 20m.
  First of all, when I bought it, it arrived broken. I returned it and Ubnt (the manufacturer) did not admit that their product was defective. So, it took 2 weeks until they sent me the replacement. As soon as I received it, I installed it and set it up. The signal it provided was not even 20m... (If I made any mistake in the setup and someone knows, please inform me) I contacted Ubnt and they told me to refund my money.
