I saw some reviews, which obviously not everyone can know the difference between this term and the previous one, but let me say what I know.
This serum contains regular niacinamide at 10%, and also the patented ingredient from La Roche, melasyl. An ingredient that blocks the production of melanin, and at the same time, along with niacinamide, helps with spots, discoloration, and so on.
Having acne scars, I have used it for a few weeks, and I already see improvement in texture as well as in the scars. I use it in the morning in combination with Vitamin C, and always sunscreen.
You should know that if you have not used niacinamide before, it is very likely that it will take 2-3 months for your skin to get used to it, as it also helps in balancing sebum, but some pimples may likely appear.
Nevertheless, if you notice irritation and you are sure it is this product, of course, you stop using it, because 10% may be excessive for some skin types.
The morning cream with sun protection, however, has 5%.
As a "specialist" in the problem of dark circles that has been bothering me for years, I have to say the following about this product: I have been wearing it for two weeks now and I notice a difference in the intensity of my dark circles. The sample was the pure niacinamide 10 serum, which rightly has such good reviews, not the Mela B3. One of its biggest negatives is that it doesn't absorb easily and leaves a shine on the face afterwards, making it inconvenient especially if you want to combine it with other serums. I use it with hyaluronic acid and retinol, but now only at night and in a small amount. There is definitely an improvement in my face after a month of using it, but I believe it has to do with other factors as well and not just this specific product. I will not choose it again, my next purchase will definitely be the pure niacinamide 10 serum.
