For small wireless environments with fewer than 8 access points, mesh mode is activated, while for large wired installations with more than 8 access points, AP management mode is activated for improved control and scalability.

It can be mounted on walls and ceilings, powered via DC and PoE+ (802.3af/at), and is manageable through Vigor routers and DrayTek's management software VigorACS, VigorConnect, and Wireless app.
