So, I just read the absolute small town romance, and those who know me know how much I love this genre. Having read quite a few books in this genre, I will tell you one thing: I ENJOYED it so much! Let's take a look at a summary of the story!
Daniel Grant is a gorgeous, sexy carpenter trying to save his family's estate in the small town of Wakan. Alexis Montgomery is an emergency room doctor, carrying a heavy legacy, living in luxury, and just got out of a long-term toxic relationship. One night, a raccoon, a goat, and some bets will unexpectedly bring them close in the small town where everything is different for Alexis, while Daniel's world will collide with hers. She is 37 and not looking for anything serious; he is 28 and just had his life turned upside down. Will love be able to overcome the clash of two worlds and unite them in Wakan?
Honestly, I can't describe how much I adored this book! It had everything, and it was all well-written and romantic! It is the definition of small town romance for me, and if I were to recommend a romantic book for 2024 with my eyes closed, it would be this one, even though I know it's still March. I am sure you will love it, and it will warm your soul!
