Cleaning and disinfecting the pacifier:
Good pacifier hygiene involves frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene.

Before the first use, the pacifier must be disinfected.

Disinfecting the pacifier involves 3 simple steps:

• Place the pacifier in a clean bowl.
• Pour hot water over it and let it sit for 5 minutes.
• Remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry.

If water has entered the inside of the nipple (through the valve), use the towel to squeeze the nipple until the water is expelled.
