The drill driver from Dewalt operates with a Dewalt XR Li-Ion 18V battery. It is suitable for both screwing - unscrewing, as well as for drilling holes. Specifically, it can drill into wood with a hole diameter of up to 30 millimeters, steel with a hole diameter of up to 13 millimeters, concrete with a hole diameter of up to 13 millimeters, and various other building materials.
It stands out for its hammering capability, which offers high power to easily and quickly complete even the most demanding tasks. It has the ability to adjust the rotation speed and operating torque, so it can be set according to the task you want to perform. Usually, lower values are needed for screwing - unscrewing and higher for drilling into walls or concrete. Its chuck can accommodate drill bits with a base diameter of up to 13 millimeters.

Brushless Motor

The advantage that brushless motors have over brushed ones is that they do not have friction since there are no carbon brushes. Without carbon brushes, the motors are more efficient and have a longer lifespan as there is no wear and tear (the carbon brushes in brushed motors wear out with use). They produce less noise, maintain their torque consistently at all speeds, do not overheat, and require no maintenance.

The packaging did not include the clip with Belt Hook. Weight without battery 1151 grams. Weight of battery 2A 362 grams. I will return with a newer evaluation if needed.
