For simple maintenance of the mat, you can use Mat Cleaning Spray. Spray the surface of the mat and wipe with a wet cloth or sponge. Then dry with a dry cloth and allow the mat to dry well.

For deep cleaning, place the mat in the bathtub, soak with water for 5-10 minutes, and swirl for a good wash. Rinse the mat thoroughly and squeeze out the water. Lay flat and dry for 24 hours before storing.
