DDR4 is the fourth generation of RAM memory technology for computers. It replaces DDR3 and offers increased speeds and capacity.

It offers operating speeds from 2133MT/s to 4800MT/s, response time (CAS Latency) from CL 9 to CL 22, while its capacity has increased up to 32GB per memory module.

For speed (MT/s) and capacity (GB), the larger the size we choose, the better performance we will have in our system, while for response time (CL), we want the smallest size for the speed (MT/s) we have chosen.

The above characteristics should be compatible with our motherboard specifications.

The Trident Z Neo DDR4 provides a speed of 3600MT/s, with CL16 and 32GB per memory module.

The XMP & EXPO is a technology that allows us to increase the frequency and performance of our computer's memory, without the need for manual settings. The (XMP/EXPO) is easily enabled from the BIOS, is available on certain RAM memories, and is supported by certain motherboards.

The Trident Z Neo has (XMP 2.0/EXPO) profiles with the following specifications:

• CAS Latency (XMP/EXPO): 14-15-15-35
• Voltage (XMP/EXPO): 1.45V

The aluminum cooling material, with its design including fins for heat dissipation, keeps the memories at a fairly low temperature even during the most demanding operations.
