    I only tried it in tap water.. it doesn't leave a single drop.. very good regarding that.. as for the fact that it is windproof, I haven't tested it yet.. I don't know if it could be considered good for winter as they claim because it is a very thin fabric essentially, without lining. I got it with shipping and cash on delivery for €39.5 (I'm not posting a picture because my camera has an issue)
