  I buy one every 2-3 years or so, then it starts to show minor issues and has lost its look. However, with continuous use, it is one of the best purchases; the other comments just use it incorrectly. It is a very powerful grill that reaches over 300-350 degrees, and if you use the grill it comes with, I don't know what results you will get. The way I use it and recommend is to throw away the grill and put in a new tray 33x24 on which you can place aluminum foil every time you grill. This way, everything cooks better because it is further away, and nothing gets dirty, making it very convenient for daily use without washing.

  I bought the grill two weeks ago. The construction is not at all of good quality.
  The grill completely fell apart within 2 weeks of use.
  The electric resistance came off its position while I was opening the lid, causing the entire back part to come off as well. The switch that opens and closes the grill also came loose. Stay away if you don't want to waste your money.

  The device is somewhat expected in its operation. I would say it is satisfactory. My only objection is with the dimensions of the grill. The manufacturer mentions external dimensions. This is of little interest to the customer. What matters is the dimensions of the grill. Personally, I have to say that this was the reason I ordered it. I got confused!!! I hope this was not done intentionally. So, it is good to mention that the dimension of the grill is 34x25.
