  Just fine, easy installation of the disk, two small screws, it also gives another 2 (total 4) in the package in case.. it even has a little screwdriver inside, everything is perfect. It also has its cable. I plugged in a Kingston 480GB SSD (A400), it does its job as it should. Write speeds during backup ~ 300 MB/s. I didn't do benchmarks to push it to its limits, after all, it's not intended for such use. Very lightweight, material quality is moderate to quite acceptable. Minimal design, without extravagances, aluminum-plastic. The disk sits inside perfectly, no movements, no sounds of disconnection or unscrewing. If no one mishandles it, I believe it doesn't need anything. For the money it asks, it's perfect.

  Nov 2021 *** Very good choice for one month use, the disk fits perfectly without any vibrations, easy installation with the screwdriver they send you and an additional screw. I put my old computer hard disk inside and used it for a 500 GB data backup without heating up during autumn months. Of course, I make sure to have all my external disks (including laptops) tilted towards the supporting surface to ensure good ventilation, especially in high temperatures. As for the price, it's amazing (€7.29 from skroutz plus). The product came with a USB 3 to USB micro B cable, around 20 cm long (I don't have it with me right now). I will update if there are any issues in the future

  Excellent case. I was impressed by the quality of construction, the external finish, and the very good speeds it achieves. Made entirely of aluminum, it functions as a natural "cooler," helping to dissipate heat from the disk. It has foam supports on the inside, so the disk fits tightly and securely, and there is no movement whatsoever. The package includes a USB 3.0 cable, 4 screws (of which two are needed), and a screwdriver. It has two nice and discreet blue LEDs that indicate power supply and the operation of the hard drive during data transfer. You can purchase 4 aftermarket small adhesive bases (for laptops) and attach them to the bottom of the case to prevent it from sliding on a desk.

  With a WD 500GB HDD Caviar Blue mechanical disk inside, it achieved higher file transfer speeds (55MBps) compared to a ready-made external WD Passport (50MBps)! And the price is very good for an aluminum case. The case is great value for money! I have bought three.

  In another one, I put a WD 1TB HDD Black mechanical disk. Transfer speeds are excellent once again.
  Now, what I can't explain is how this simple USB 3.0 case, with a mechanical disk inside, achieves almost the same transfer speeds (with an 8% difference) as another Ugreen USB 3.1 Gen 2 case (which costs twice as much and theoretically supports much higher speeds) with a Samsung 1TB SSD inside. And I connect both of them to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port on the same Lenovo ThinkCentre M70c PC (i5 10400 / 2.9 GHz, 16GB).
  Honestly, this case has impressed me!
  Its performance in practice is better than the specifications it announces!

  Nice, good locking of the hard disk in the internal device, very good finish with vibrant color and well-made. It worked with a 500GB 2.5... If I wanted something better, it would be the cable.
