Use it to accurately outline the lips or apply a small amount all over the lip area for smoothing and preparation before applying lipstick for longer-lasting wear.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Twist up only 3 mm (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, a drying factor).
• Follow the "dot-dash" method to ensure ease and precision in application: draw two dots on the cupid's bow above the upper lip, a dash at the bottom of the lower lip, and then connect all three.
• To extend the color on the lips, fill in with the pencil and then follow with lipstick.
