I have been using it on my daughter for over a year. Fortunately, nothing has stuck. It has a neutral scent and did not cause any problems (e.g., dryness or irritation)

We used it fanatically since 3 years old and we never had a problem. However, this year (6 years old) we got stuck 2 times and it's still relatively early in the year. I don't know if they changed the formula or if our heads just got used to it, but I will switch companies to see how it goes.

I use it regularly on my two girls, who have been going to daycare since they were 15 months old. Now one is 8 years old and the other is 10 years old. They have very thick and long hair... they have NEVER gotten lice!!! I haven't met anyone who uses it and has gotten lice

It makes the hair very oily so I only used it once, so I don't have an opinion on its effectiveness.

It makes the hair quite oily and unfortunately, while we were using it preventively, the little one got lice. What a shame.

I had bought this product about 3 years ago. It did not make my hair oily and had a strong herbal scent. I bought it again about six months ago and it has a different formula. It slightly oils the hair and has a scent like hairspray as some people described. However, in all these years of using it, we haven't seen any lice!

I use it preventively. So far we haven't had any "visitors"... The only thing I don't like is that it smells like lacquer as soon as I spray my little one's hair and it makes us cough, but it's only for a little while. Otherwise, it is odorless.

As a product, I am very satisfied. While using it, it hasn't caught anything as far as the mouth is concerned. I say so and so because it's a matter of taste. Its smell reminds me of hairspray. I have tried another product like this and didn't see any results, but I believe it depends on what suits each person because my niece had no problem speaking with it, while she didn't see any results with this one. It suited us perfectly, I wouldn't change it

As long as we use it, we haven't seen any lice! I imagine it's because of this. Also, very important, it doesn't have a strong scent that I had a problem with other products and the kids were uncomfortable.

After a terrible ordeal with a related lice adventure last summer, we made sure to be secure with a preventive spray that is applied daily to the child before going to school. We chose this one after a recommendation from a relative who is also a dermatologist and a mother of a young child. So far, we haven't had any problems, without any rumors of an outbreak at the daycare center. Better safe than sorry.
As for the downside, the scent of the product (probably I didn't get the previous version that everyone says smelled nice) but if it's effective, it's worth it.
