They are very good and beautiful but they don't excel in comfort. They are definitely more comfortable than the corresponding lolita ones I bought, but they still are a bit hard on the sole and loose on the straps, resulting in not being 100% stable on the foot. Having tried the Crocs Kadee II (which unfortunately I gave to my mother because they were too small), it's like day and night. Crocs are the most comfortable and lightweight thing I have ever worn on my feet. However, Ipanema ones are decent for simple use, for example, at the beach, etc. As for durability, I don't know because I just bought them, although they seem to be of good quality.
Regarding the size, I think they need a larger one.
