I think 20 is a lot for a plastic bottle.. Also, while the cap closes with a screw and has a rubber seal, the top has a clip that opens to drink. The clip opens easily, so you need to be careful not to just toss it in your bag, and I don't see it having great durability. So if it breaks, it won't seal anymore. On the positive side, it has enough capacity for a workout, has a handle, and you can drink easily from the spout without unscrewing it.
