I bought it along with the Tab Active 5. I synced it with the Motorola Defy quickly without any problems. I don't like that it has everything doubled, two stores, two browsers, etc. Fortunately, you can uninstall most of them without any issues, but I don't recommend it for everything. Once I synced it with the tab, I realized that there is a method of use, from notes to routines. The battery is just sufficient. A seminar on Zoom for a few hours consumed 70% of the battery; I got home at 5 with 15%. It might also be due to the VPN. It charges quickly, and that's good. The synchronization with the tab is flawless. I put on a case and tempered glass because it didn't seem durable, but it might be due to the fact that my previous phone was the Defy. Anyway, it has already survived a fall from two meters without any issues. The speaker is okay, but nothing special. It doesn't have a fingerprint sensor. The reasoning is that you don't need it at work with gloves, but you need it in general. Compass, call, and lux meter are very good. It connects perfectly with Fluke Connect. Average flashlight; you need to have the phone unlocked to turn it on with the adjustable button. Photos are fine, nothing special, but the camera does its job. I think it's a good phone.

the 3rd xcover in 6 years, 1st I miss the button! essential for use with a dirty hand. 2nd it has become too big and heavy, 350 grams phone so if it falls just from its weight it will NOT be durable, also it does not fit in a pocket with its 18 cm length, for waterproofing forget it, a joke with the way the cover closes, big battery but also high consumption so it's a tie and you are left with the weight. the only comforting thing is the price, everything else is below expectations

I have had it for a few days; before, I had the 5, and it started to lag, so I decided to change it. However, I am not satisfied; the 5 was much more convenient in terms of size. The 7 definitely has a better screen, but it’s also larger, so it requires more energy. It’s a 5, so it constantly searches for a network, and at the end of the day, I am left with 10% battery without much use. Another downside is that it doesn’t have a radio; the rest will be shown by time

As the owner of 4 rugged mobile phones, specifically from Chinese companies, I decided to get something branded to test its durability and reliability.
Needless to say, many of the Chinese phones I had either had battery issues, bugs, freezing and crashing, or the screen broke (though not easily). The only thing I can say is that they could withstand extreme temperatures, rain, and falls.
Now...
While many Chinese rugged phones excel in terms of durability and build quality, this particular one stands out firstly because it is Samsung, and secondly and importantly, it has a removable battery, which is usually the first factor that causes a rugged phone to "die." I consider this a positive aspect because you can change it at any time. And thirdly, it is one of the few branded (I emphasize, branded) and fast mobile phones that you can find at a "reasonable" price for a rugged phone.
First impressions are positive; however, I cannot confidently say that it is durable, and the feeling tells me that it is not. I wish I could go through the trouble of testing it by dropping it from the ceiling, but it costs 300€...
In a few words... if you don't put a protective glass and a silicone case on it, then you should know that you have to treat it like a regular smartphone and not a rugged one, as the company wants to label it.
However, I can assure you that after putting a good silicone case and a tempered glass on the screen, it looks very sturdy.
Other than that, it is fast, doesn't lag, the screen, although too big for my taste, is beautiful with accurate colors, it supports fast charging, and the battery capacity is satisfactory to excellent.
Of course, you will need to remove some useless apps and functions according to each individual to make it efficient in terms of battery and speed.
I will come back with a comment on its durability and lifespan, which is the main reason why I bought it...
I mainly bought it because it has a removable battery and because it is rugged. Along with a case and screen protector, it is like a tank. It doesn't have much bloatware, but whatever little it has, you can delete or disable it (you may need a PC tool for some built-in apps). It doesn't lag at all, but I haven't tested it on demanding games. Very fast battery charging speed. One bad thing is that the max brightness isn't very high to see well in sun.
