The (sealed) small box I received contained the 2 disc-wheels, 1 metal axle with the handle already attached to one end (made of foam material), a second metal axle, and separately a second foam handle. Given the simplicity of the assembly, I was not bothered by the absence of instructions. My first attempt to attach the handle to the second axle was completely futile. The caliper immediately showed that the axle was 1.5mm thicker than the handle, making it impossible for one to fit into the other. The lubricants, the lighter, and the wrench (!!!) that I used could not achieve the desired result, even with a partially damaged handle. I still consider amila a quality brand (based on other purchases), but this abdominal wheel ended up being recycled. Pure disappointment.

The two small wheels help with stability. It has padding on the handles and is generally well-made.

It is not stable as needed and the worst part is that the left handle does not have the same length as the right one

I have this abdominal wheel for about a month and a half if I remember correctly. I use it almost every day and it hasn't presented any problems. It is stable and quite user-friendly, and its quality is excellent. The handles are very soft and my hands don't hurt while performing the exercise. I highly recommend it.

The two wheels make it more stable and easier to use, not easier to perform the exercise.
I had one plastic wheel without a tire, it's not comparable.
The handles are covered with foam material and we will see their durability over time.
