This review is about the weight: 1000 gr

It is for a gift to a vegan girl (Fenugreek also acts as a regulator of estrogen receptors and stimulates breast cancer cells in vitro, but the evidence for its ability to stimulate lactation is limited.). In men, fenugreek increases testosterone (A 12-week study in 50 men showed that those taking a supplement of 500mg of fenugreek daily containing concentrated amounts of protodioscin significantly improved their testosterone levels. The study showed an increase in testosterone levels of up to 46% in 90% of participants.) but it has been proven to shrink the testicles and damage the spermatic tubes. See The results reported in this study show that diets containing 30% fenugreek seeds significantly reduced the weight of male testicles (~25%) as well as sperm concentration (~43%), indicating a toxic effect of fenugreek seeds on the spermatic tubes and the intermediate tissue (Leydig cells). / I do not recommend fenugreek to anyone. It is dangerous for men. What's the point of artificially increasing testosterone if it damages your reproductive organs? Also, because it acts hormonally, I do not recommend it for women either (I experimentally gave it as a gift because she asked for it. There is absolutely no chance that I will buy fenugreek again, not even as animal feed.)
