You buy cheap, you pay double. This applies here too, it lasted only a few months of use, suddenly stopped. I changed the burnt fuse, yet it didn't want to work anymore, you hear the relay clicking, but nothing....

I agree with the others. It is not something commendable as a machine. I bought it in 09/2020 and it has worked 65 times, meaning the 50-watt button has been pressed that many times. So, one fine morning (today, that is), it decided not to work. Just like that.

The product has three yellow buttons on the front. The first one on the left, when pressed, displays 240 on the dial, which means seconds. It is supposed to work with 35 watts. The middle button is at 50 watts and operates for 180 seconds. It is supposed to work at 50 watts. The right button is the one that, after selecting one of the two programs you want, starts the program and the machine begins to operate and count down.

Whether you use 35 watts or 50 watts, the machine works the same, which is definitely not more than 20 watts in reality. The machine does what it says, it is ultrasonic, but it is very weak to the point that I could consider it useless.

It is not the fault of the companies that sell it, it is the manufacturer's fault. If someone does not have experience with how 50 watts should be, obviously buying this product will not make them realize the difference. However, when you have a machine and you need a second one or your previous one is broken and you expect to have the same device to do your job, suddenly you see that the product is completely, I mean completely useless.

I bought this machine because I urgently needed an ultrasonic for my work. My own, which was 50 watts, broke. As soon as I received this item, I immediately called and said that it doesn't work for me and asked if there is a possibility of return. They told me to send an email, and after two days, they replied to my email saying that since it had been used, it cannot be returned, especially if it has been opened and unpacked.

The packaging had no security tape, it was just a closed box without any security or shrink wrap to show that it had been sealed.

I have nothing against the store, they are not to blame, they don't make it, they just sell it. It is simply a product that does not do what it claims
