I haven't found anything I don't like, but the saying "you get what you pay for" holds true. I replaced an aging S9+ and saw the light again. If your pocket can handle it, don't think too much!
I give 2 stars solely for the build quality. Beyond that, it's what we call beautiful on the outside and a disaster on the inside. I was saying how bad Exynos could be in the latest generation, having many Samsung devices in recent years. I feel like I'm holding a different device. The phone is very mediocre, and there are definitely many devices for less money that do a much better job (even from Samsung). Generally, I see that Samsung, which used to be a pioneer and others followed, lately cannot keep up with other companies, especially in flagship phones, nor improve its own. Also, the fact that it offers the same devices with different processors by region, and even at the same price or more expensive, is a mistake that should not be forgiven
I have had it for only a month. This is my first time buying Samsung. I come from Xiaomi. I still find the operating system a bit awkward. I'm glad that I don't see so many ads in it and that it has 7 years of updates. Call quality and photos had a huge difference (for the better). The battery easily lasts me a day. The screen is decent. However, its price is "steep." Of course, you get what you pay for. Overall, I would recommend it to people looking for high-end devices with comprehensive support. 4.5 stars because the AI does not support Greek
Very good phone. Coming from the S20+, I can say that I noticed several differences in both design and build quality. The screen size is the same, and that's why I preferred it. A big plus is the software support for 7 years. It takes nice photos, and even though it has Exynos, it runs smoothly and doesn't heat up.
I come from Honor 50 5g which unfortunately gave up after years.
The first thing I have noticed and it leaves a bad impression is the rapid overheating from the battery after intense gaming use (sorry but for its price, this is unacceptable).
Nevertheless, the design is very beautiful, and in terms of usage, it is flawless, it doesn't lag anywhere.
Very good camera for photography lovers.
Overall, I wouldn't say it's disappointing, but it is definitely overpriced.
The phone was bought very quickly to replace a buggy piece of garbage Xiaomi 13T Pro. It honestly works perfectly 4 months after purchase no issues. Reliable and swift updates and software which Xiaomi doesnt provide. The best phone I have ever used had an iPhone last year it feels so much faster with the high refresh rate and if you make the animations faster it flies by the animation heavy iPhone. Now the camera was better on the iPhone but by a small amount and I get lots more RAM and Storage for my money and a lot faster according to benchmarks so dont be a sheep give Samsung a try and if you dont like it go back to iOS. The hardware is not top of industry more like 8 of 10 but the software honestly is in my opinion is worth it.
Owner for 1 month of this specific device.
Generally satisfied with everything I use.
Coming from Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro.
Light gaming with quite a few calls throughout the day and a lot of social media. The battery at the end of the day is at 40%.
Personally, I find it good when the device has 4900mAh while the previous one I had (Xiaomi) was at 5160 and drained faster.
Its display is very beautiful and the 120hz makes scrolling very smooth.
Now regarding its camera, compared to the Xiaomi I had, I definitely see a huge difference, but guys, I have seen S21fe take nicer photos. Maybe it's just my impression...?
In hand, it feels just right in size and weight.
I also connected my OnePlus Bullets Z2 headphones and their connection is instantaneous and without issues.
NFC / 5G all work perfectly!
However, the price is high... It's really the first time I've spent so much money on a phone that essentially does what my Xiaomi did, which I bought for 270 euros four years ago.
IF they included a charger, a case, and maybe something else, it still wouldn't justify the money but you would feel less foolish for the money you spent and for the money you will spend to get a fast charger.
I don't think what it does is worth all this money.
Other than that, I wouldn't change my choice. I know I will have updates for the next 5-6 years and overall I am satisfied with the phone. I do recommend it, but I wouldn't buy such an expensive phone again.
As a holder of the S21+ and previously the S8+, and so on regarding Samsung models, it seems that they haven't done an excellent job in terms of screen durability. It fell from a gym machine at a height of one and a half meters and hit a metal surface, and around 10 pixels were damaged in the lower left corner. I want to emphasize that a spigen screen protector has been applied to the screen, as well as a rugged case from the same company. The cost of changing the screen is somewhat unaffordable, and I apologize for not posting photos to prove it, but that will happen soon as well
I have had it for about 10 days and I am thinking of selling it. I had the A34 and there is really no difference, it's a waste of money, it's not worth it. During use, it heats up a lot and when charging, and also the battery lasts a little more than half a day and drops very quickly from 10% and below, and at 2% it shuts off. The camera is so-so, like a regular phone, okay, the colors and the screen are so-so like a regular phone, the speaker for music echoes, so-so. Personally, I didn't see any difference from the A34 to the S24+, maybe a slight one. The next one will definitely be Xiaomi.
I have to say that I have changed many devices, yet this is the best one I have had so far. I have had it for about a week, and the experience with such phones is indescribable. The battery is satisfactory, the screen is flawless with perfect resolution, and the camera is simply wonderful for regular use. I highly recommend it!!!
+
- satisfactory battery.
- flawless screen resolution, with QHD+ resolution which, of course, drains the battery faster.
- quality of construction/nice touch feel, you can tell you're holding something quality.
- new features with smart intelligence.
- 12 GB RAM ample space for as long as the phone is in operation.
- ROM at 256 GB depending on the memory usage needed by each person, generally okay space, although we take into account that the space requirements for apps, videos, and photos have increased.
- high processor frequency at 3.2 GHz.
- lightweight, negligible weight.
-
- I expected more from the rear camera, which does not differ much from the A52s I had before getting this phone.
- No problem with the Exynos processors but the Snapdragon has a significant difference and is clearly better both qualitatively and in data processing speed.
- The selfie camera could also be better regarding photo quality.
- I wasn't impressed with the features it provides for video recording.
Overall, I would say it's worth approaching Samsung's Ultra series even if it's for a few extra dollars because the negatives I mentioned for the S24+ do not exist for any reason in the 24 Ultra.
Unacceptable phone.. Bought three months ago, my phone freezes by itself and shuts down.... In communication with SAMSUNG, they told me to reset to factory settings and go to Samsung service to check it. 1000 euro phone and to go through such trouble..
For me, the phone deserves 3 stars and I will explain below. Coming from a 5-year-old Huawei P30, I would go for a Pura 70 but the issue with Google services and APKs put me off. As for the phone now:
1) It does have a very nice screen and refresh rate, which I found to be a really good upgrade.
2) The phone is quite fast and so far runs everything very smoothly.
3) The charging did not impress me. In 20 minutes, I reached 50%, whereas with the P30 from 5 years ago, it was faster.
4) The battery life is just satisfactory, with enough usage all day with everything open, at the end of the day I am left with 20%-30%.
5) The phone generally heats up a lot. It heats up when charging, when many apps are open, when playing games, it constantly heats up.
6) And now let's talk about the cameras, where it loses most points for me and where I was most disappointed. Again, coming from a 5-year-old phone. It has a 30x zoom which I had before. The cameras generally just take okay photos and all the work is done by AI. Night photography is mediocre to good. Video stabilization is indeed good but that's about it. Again, I compare it to a phone from 5 years ago that cost half the price.
In summary, speaking about a phone that has initial prices of 1200-1500 euros, for me it is not worth the money and I really wonder about the people who are amazed by the phones they had before. The whole phone, apart from the screen, is midrange for me and any upgrade has been done by AI.
It is a very good mobile phone with excellent capabilities, the only thing that bothers me is the weight of the device because I have small hands and I was used to a lighter one
I have had the phone for 2 months while before I had the s22+, the battery is nothing like the previous one, it lasts a full day easily, with a lot of use, and if you don't use it much it lasts for 2 days. Camera, I have noticed in some shots it is better than the previous one, but in some not. It does a lot of digital processing on the photos and makes them very dark, this is somewhat annoying, because then I have to process them again to open them up a bit in colors... sound + screen perfect. The problem with overheating continues of course, when I open maps and gps it burns, less of course compared to the s22+ which was a real fryer. but it really burns, compared to other phones I have seen
For 2 days now in my possession... for now, an excellent device. Very fast in speed, decent battery life, but it still needs time for learning and battery optimization. As for the camera, the night photos are superior to the S23 Plus. The photos are clearer in terms of clarity... the only flaw is the slightly dull colors, but Samsung will fix it soon with a software update.
