Cheap construction, definitely not authentic.. it hasn't been many months, of simple use - I emphasize and am very careful about what I buy - and the left earbud stopped working, while connected to my Galaxy S9, they constantly created noise during conversations (as my acquaintances constantly mentioned to me).

Terrible!!! It passes a small amount of electricity and pinches your ears!!! Not even worth 1 euro. Very disappointed!!!

From the first day, they made an annoying noise to those who were listening to me while I was listening normally. It broke after a few days at the point where the sound is on the cable and I put electrical tape. I do not recommend this at all. I consider it completely useless.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to give 0 stars. It is a waste. Specifically:
Fit: 0. They cannot fit at all. I tried different tips but nothing, they keep falling out constantly.
Sound: -10. Yes, negative. This is not sound, even at maximum volume it feels like whispering in your ear.
Noise isolation: 0. How can they isolate noise when they spend most of the time outside of your ears because they keep falling out? But seriously, even when you wear them, they don't block much of the external environment.
DO NOT GET THEM. Get the hs130 instead, there is absolutely no comparison at a similar price.

The plastic pieces that attach to the ear are very small and as a result, they fall off all the time and do not deliver sound intensity - useless for exercising

Personally, I really liked them. They seemed very useful for their price because they have lasted me a long time, and I say this because I don't handle headphones well, but these ones are very durable and work great. The only possible issue is that sometimes they don't fit well in the ears.

Good sound and isolation, but if you take care of them like your own eyes and they break in 4 months, what can you do with them...

For their price, they are good but the sound settings they have do not work and I bought two pairs and none of them work, don't buy them if you want something good

I bought these headphones for €4.50 and they were the worst in terms of quality. I'll say one thing. At Jumpo, they have much better ones. Completely fake. As soon as I put them on, they fell out of my ears and as soon as I heard the sound, I threw them in the next trash can, just like my money.

I don't know what you guys are saying, but I don't trust any other brand of headphones... I had some Sony mh750, and I swear by them... I got Samsung again and I'm at peace... Stronger, cleaner sound, and most importantly, their good bass

Poor quality product....no comparison to the headphones that Samsung provides with their mobile phones (galaxy s4 & s6 edge+).

Unfortunately, having used them VERY CAREFULLY, one after the other, the headphones stopped working shortly after. Of course, first the microphone gave up. I would say they were the least durable headphones I have ever had, considering I took care of them more than my phone!

Permanently broken within 1 week, I was desperate from this purchase and from the company, so I decided not to buy them again. However, I will go to JBL, which is better, doesn't have so many negatives, and they last much longer. They also make a splash in the market for their reputation

The strange thing about all SAMSUNG headphones is that despite their identical appearance, some are terrible and unacceptable, while others are very good!
These specific ones for Microsoft phones are very good.
They have clear and powerful sound. Also, the volume control buttons work properly, even though they are from a different brand.
The answer/reject call button also functions as a pause/play button for the radio, and with a double click, it works as a search for the next available radio station.
