This is my first fryer of this kind, and I won't hide that I had some doubts. It comes with 30 paper trays as a gift and a book with simple recipes. The construction is simple. There is a light inside the basket and a glass window to see inside.

Generally, you go by experimentation and your eye. Keep in mind that it dries out whatever you put in, meaning it won't have juices... Of course, they need to be flipped.

The basic thing is the airflow. With the paper trays, if they are half full, they lift up from the air current and the food doesn't cook. I put a piece of parchment paper in the tray and everything was fine.

It's generally convenient; you cook without the mess of frying, but I won't hide my health concerns regarding the coatings of these utensils.

P.S. Salmon fish 25' without paper turned out grilled without completely drying out, nice and tasty. A little oil and lemon beforehand.
It cleans easily if soaked, but an extra grill would be useful since the secret is to let the air circulate, which the papers and trays obstruct... experiment.
