3) The package even includes a level!!! (5 different types of screws, allen key, spacers, everything you could ask for.)
4) You measure the height, drill, put in the hooks which are obviously included, attach the base, screws, then mount the TV..

Easy installation (it has everything in the package according to vesa and upa!), it extends outward, rotates left and right, moves horizontally, left and right, folds like a frame.
