Cement-Based Tile Adhesive C1T - Novamix KF 200

The Novamix KF 200 is white in color and consists of cement, suitably graded sand, resins, and special additives. It is thixotropic, with very good working time and high performance. Suitable for almost all common substrates on horizontal and vertical indoor surfaces, for tiles of all types, and water-resistant.

Certifications: It bears CE marking with Declaration of Performance (DoP) C04011-CPR-1600002 as a normal-setting cement-based tile adhesive with reduced slip according to EN 12004 category C1T.

Applications: Ideal for bonding:

• Ceramic tiles of all types.
• Standard-sized granite tiles.
• Ceramic mosaics.

Suitable for applications in indoor spaces, showers, bathrooms, and kitchens, as well as on a variety of substrates such as:

• Concrete and cement mortar.
• Plasters and masonry mortars.
• Cement boards and plasterboards (with suitable primer).

Packaging: 25 kg bags.

Application procedure:

Preparation of the substrate is critical to ensure it is solid and free of contaminants that may reduce adhesion. The substrate must have a minimum tensile strength > 1.5 N/mm² and a compressive strength of at least 5 N/mm². Clean the surface if necessary and apply the PLANO CONTACT acrylic quartz primer before laying the tiles.

The mixture is prepared by mixing the contents of one KF 200 bag (25 kg) with 6-6.5 liters of clean water. Mix for at least 3-5 minutes and the product is ready for use with a lifespan of approximately 4 hours in the container.
