Description

Inverter welding MMA / MIG / TIG from the manufacturer Imperia, where inverter technology enhances the performance and durability of the machine and helps reduce its weight. The MMA electrode method creates thick and strong welds without the need for an external gas supply, making it ideal for welding outside the workshop. The MIG method requires the wire to have a special coating (flux) or needs to be connected to an external gas cylinder (e.g., argon, CO2). The MAG method creates welds with a gas supply, making it ideal for indoor welding. The TIG method is suitable for slow welding on aluminum and stainless steel that requires detailed work and does not create splashes. It has an output current of up to 160A, which requires more time to melt thicker wires and more passes on thick welds.

Features

  • New state-of-the-art professional IMPERIA welding machine with multiple applications that allows different types of welding: Synergic MIG/MAG, Lift TIG, MMA.
  • Features an advanced, user-friendly touch panel for selecting welding parameters and a digital display for parameter visualization.
  • Robust construction, advanced "ARM chip control" technology, and a digital voltage circuit algorithm for quick and precise waveform control.
  • Intelligent database for SYNERGIC MIG operation that simplifies data settings.
  • Digital control of the wire feeder to achieve consistent and high-quality welding and arc control.
  • New internal design that achieves circuit cooling, increased efficiency, and enhanced dust protection.
  • Multiple settings capability for high-spec welding on metals and aluminum (steel/stainless steel/AlSi/AlMg). Comes with all 3 torches.

The machine simply rocks.. Amazing machine with multiple functions!
Initially, we go to MMA mode: smooth welding on common electrodes where its 54 amps are ideal, and with the basic electrodes, you can play depending on the thickness of the metal up to 140 amps.
The MIG function is also very impressive; welding becomes a game even for beginners.. I will mention just one detail here: if used with flux wire no gas, do not exceed 100 amps in MIG mode because it's unnecessary and will likely trip the breaker due to potential damage to the wire and the machine.. it's not a problem; it's just that a moving wire cannot handle high amps like a basic one.
This is just information for fellow readers.
The TIG function is also impressive for welding metals and aluminum, but here I will mention that you should have elevated skill levels as a welder, and you can easily manage it very well in a short time.
However, the machine doesn't stop there! It has another welding method that is not mentioned in the specifications by online stores, which may not even be aware of it.. on its dial, it has an option (SPOOL GUN)! This is the most wonderful feature in a machine costing 350, 400 euros because you can use an aluminum spool gun for demanding aluminum welds, making welding feel like a game, just like welding steel! Aluminum becomes a thing of the past in terms of the artist's demands and resembles a common metal weld! I think this says it all!
Personally, I am very satisfied with the product and recommend it without a second thought.
    5 Stars then!
