Steady preference and I can say that I notice the difference in use, especially when I am tired

Unfortunately, I am one of the few exceptions who experienced diarrhea from magnesium and I didn't know what it was. I was really worried until I realized it was from there.

Good, but it is a dietary supplement. Those who expect changes should first do the obvious. Sleep, proper food, exercise, etc. You know, the things you find boring. Otherwise, a good combination of supplements.

I haven't seen any difference throughout the duration, of course I wasn't taking the 3 pills per day as mentioned on the bottle, but 1-2 per day. I will probably just take cod liver oil, from which I actually saw some difference.

Top-notch and it gives you everything you need. If you combine it with an Almora pouch during the week, you are covered.

The product arrived and what do I see in the ingredients??? Color: titanium dioxide! Why couldn't the pills be a different color... The choice is obvious, better to get cancer! It's a shame, it was one of my favorite brands, that's why I ordered without researching further...
