The oven pan from Berlinger Haus withstands high temperatures developed inside the oven. It is placed on the racks of your oven, allowing you to easily put in and take out the dish. It is made of cast iron, a material that makes it ideal for slow cooking at a steady temperature. It does not have a special non-stick coating; however, with the use of the pan, it acquires non-stick properties due to its material.
