Pioneer has been on a downhill slope for a while now. Difficult to use while driving, mediocre build quality, numerous issues with the lights, and the sound is clearly digital. Whether it's Spotify or lossless, the processing it does is unnatural. Overall, a mediocre experience

I changed the previous sound system I had from the same company and yet I had a great improvement in sound quality. Very good connection and immediate with the Bluetooth of the mobile up to 10 meters away from the car and very good sound quality from Spotify. On the screen it shows exactly as it is on the mobile any contact that calls me and I can answer directly from the sound system. It is visually very beautiful and you can customize its appearance by choosing the color you want it to have. Its only drawback is that it does not have such good sound quality from its microphone.

Very good sound but when you insert the USB the listening experience is excellent with very good highs and bass as well, of course with the appropriate speakers. The manual is a bit difficult but the Pioneer app makes it much easier.

The installation was done by a professional. In terms of sound quality and features, it's great. The problem usually lies in the connection, where it takes a while to find Bluetooth, and as for the Pioneer app, don't even bother. Also, while the Bluetooth sound is very satisfactory, there's something going on with the jack and USB connection, and the sound quality changes a lot, so keep that in mind.

After 4 months of operation, the radio broke down, resulting in the screen flickering and freezing whenever I enter the radio stations or the menu related to the radio settings. Clearly a hardware issue. It was returned to the store under warranty, and I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for any response from the service.

Update: The radio's circuit board burned out a second time just after it turned 2 years old. In other words, it's going to be thrown away
