The case is sturdy and seems to protect the tablet very well from potential drops. The position for the e-pen on the side is practical, as is the opening on the back of the tablet for charging the e-pen. The material is rubber all around and hard plastic on the front and back, where the plastic is transparent and shows the color of the device. There are openings for the 4 speakers and for the USB type-c connection port, as well as practical buttons on the case for using the three on-off and volume buttons on the side. The only negative I would say is the magnet that closes the front cover, which is not very strong, resulting in the cover opening due to gravity when you turn the tablet down while holding it from the back. This means that in the event of a fall, the front cover may easily open before the tablet hits the ground.
