- Before first use, wash the pan with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
- Coat the inside of the pan with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the pan when it is empty and do not leave the pan on the fire until the contents evaporate.
- Low or medium temperature is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results.
- Allow the pan to cool and then wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
- Prefer kitchen tools made of wood, plastic, or silicone for a longer life of the ceramic coating.
- Never cut food inside the pan with sharp tools.
- Cook on a burner that is the same size or smaller than the base of the pan.
- Do not let fat or oil heat up to the point of smoking, burning, or turning black.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating complies with the regulation for materials that come into contact with food.
