I used to buy Physiomer, which unclogs everything. Due to the price, I decided to try this one, but it doesn't do anything at all. I use it four times in each nostril and I still feel my nose blocked. If you want something natural that actually works, go for Physiomer. If you have a serious problem, go for chemical products.

Very mediocre nasal decongestant, unfortunately it doesn't work for those who have serious problems with a blocked nose.

It is very good for nasal cleaning, especially during allergy season, easy to use and effective. I use it every morning and it lasts almost the whole day.
