I received the power bank a week ago, I needed it at work as both me and a colleague always ran out of battery and didn't want to look for chargers or leave our phones exposed in front of people, for obvious reasons, as we work on ships.
It already had a lot of energy inside, about 50% when it arrived. I left it for 3 hours and it reached 100%. It lasted us 3 days for 2 phones (Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S) - obviously not from 0% but e.g. 10-15%. I would say that the math "works" and fully justifies the 20,000mAh compared to the price.
The screen is a very big addition which, if I understood correctly, does not consume more than 1-2% of the total capacity. It is small and easily visible even under strong sunlight. I like the red font color as it reminds me of a time bomb, exactly like in the movies one would say. It also provides information about Volts and Amperes, so if someone does the calculation Volts x Amperes, you see how many Watts the device is being powered at that particular moment. For example, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite accepted 2V, 9A which equals 18Watts which is quite close to the advertised. Obviously, I will try different phones and cables to see if I get a different result as the "experiment" was very small and does not give me a clear idea of what I have in my hands. Ultimately, do not expect it to give you 33W (Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G), 50W, 60W++ like the fast chargers from Xiaomi/Huawei/Samsung etc. In my opinion, if it reaches 20W I am satisfied unlike a 15W 10,000mAh Xiaomi power bank that I had for 5 years and the first 2 were defective over time...
I recommend it to someone who wants to charge their phone in their bag, to take it to work for several hours (8+) in case they work somewhere with remote outlets and want to have it close to them or inside their bag, to someone who goes camping often with friends hence the 3 (2 USB + 1 Type-C) charging ports it has. Also, I would recommend it to someone who always wants to find solutions to their friends' problems like when they run out of battery and desperately ask to charge because they didn't have time at home :)
Update 6/6/2023: 1 year later and I now use it with an iPhone 13. I have not noticed a decrease in battery life. It continues to save us collectively from day one. The use I give it now is not so intensive, however, about once every 2 weeks I would say I need it.
Update 20/5/2024: Both USB Type-A charging ports stopped working for some reason. I have tried more than 2 USB-A to USB-TypeC cables but when I plug in a phone to charge, it shows the charging logo and then stops charging immediately. One was a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13C and the other a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. It will be returned with a warranty, fortunately I caught it within 1 year and 11 months.

I measured it with a USB tester 0-100 and the capacity was significantly lower than what was stated. I suspected that it dropped very quickly after reaching 20%, and as soon as I took it out of the box, it was already low.
On the positive side, it shows how much voltage and current it draws, and it also displays the percentage, which is nice and useful because you can diagnose the cables or the port. It charges quickly and all that, but in terms of battery quality, it disappointed me. I wouldn't buy it again.

I've had it for a little while, but so far it seems very good and reliable. Sturdy construction with a metal casing. Its capacity, without having a measuring tool, seems correct. I let it discharge completely and charged it with another 20000 mAh power bank (https://www.skroutz.gr/s/36747907/Hoco-J87A-Tacker-Power-Bank-20000mAh-18W-me-THyra-USB-A-kai-THyra-USB-C-Power-Delivery-Quick-Charge-3-0-Mayro.html) which I don't use daily; I've had it for 8 months and it managed to reach 70%. I did the opposite as well, and there was still 35% energy left. I used it to power an Intel MacBook Pro 15-inch model 2018 with a battery health of 80%, running Geekbench 6 for 1 hour, which means full CPU + GPU + fans at 50% screen brightness. The power bank went from 100% to 22%, and the computer had 13% battery left. If someone wants to power a laptop among other things, I think it does an excellent job. I was considering buying a power bank with 65+ watt output, something like the Baseus Adaman Metal Digital Display Power Bank 20000mAh 65W, which costs €60 today; it's wasted money because the power bank will drain anyway unless someone gets a 50000mAh 65watt+. I like the indicators that are present because you have an idea of the power bank's status as well as how many watts it charges itself or the devices you have connected (you multiply Volt * Amperes shown on the indicators). On an iPhone 16 with 35% battery, the iPhone and the cable from the phone's packaging provide 12.2 Volt * 1.6 A = 19.5 Watt charging. Very good product. Bought for use on a trip and did not disappoint me. It charged 2 phones simultaneously (Galaxy S9 plus and iPhone 13 pro) and was enough for 3 charges. The negative is its weight and that it charges relatively slowly as a power bank, so I recommend also buying a fast charger. This is a relative bulky and heavy power bank, trust me, you'll feel it in you bag.
However, you're unlikely to run out of power when using this. I managed to charge my Galaxy A54 from 0-100%, and the power bank only used up between 20 to 25% of the power bank.
I didn't notice the 'Fast Charging' feature (since the Samsung A54 would say it was), so it is slow to charge itself up, and to charge other items.
You can charge multiple devices at the same time as well, though I've only tested it with two items.
Well worth the weight for (almost) unlimited power when on the move.

First of all, you should know that this specific power bank should state that it supports 18W. It supports 22.5, BUT only with specific phones that charge with a specific protocol, for example (because I don't remember exactly) Oppo phones with SuperFast protocol. For other phones, it doesn't reach 22.5, but stays at 18. For example, I have a Xiaomi phone that charges with a maximum of 33W from its original charger. However, it doesn't have the protocol, the programming in its circuits to work at 22.5, with the combination of voltage and current that this specific power bank provides. Similarly, iPhones, if you don't have power delivery protocol in your charger, they will charge at 5 or 10W. It's the same here. Similarly, the power bank charges at a maximum of 18W, unless you have a charger that is specifically programmed to provide (and) 22.5W.
Other than that, it has a metal construction, so it's very difficult to heat up if you don't cover it with something. Also, I don't think it's 20,000 mAh. I don't know how much it is, but besides the losses during charging (if the power bank provides 10,000mAh to a device, some of it will be lost during the transfer from the power bank's battery to the device's battery), the power bank itself is not 20,000 mAh.
