The first time I opened it, the charge level was at 80%, I put it on charge and then it showed 0 after 99%. I charged my phone a few times until the power bank's battery was completely drained. When it was empty, I put it on charge and it showed 1%. After a few hours, it stabilized and started working properly. Since then, it has been fine, it shows the charge percentage normally, but its charging is slow and it is quite heavy, so I do not recommend it.

For a cheap 20W power bank, it works just fine! If the device you want to charge doesn't require more than 25W, it's just what you need. But it has decent power for more demanding devices as well. On a trip abroad, it charged any phone we connected without any issues and was a real lifesaver. With a 60W and 90W laptop charger, it charges relatively quickly, filling up in 1-2 hours regardless of the initial charge level. It can charge up to three devices simultaneously; the two ports are faster than the third, but it charges all devices at the same speed. When you connect an additional device, it briefly stops supplying power and then restarts. My only complaint is that it doesn't charge an old Suunto watch, but it's probably the watch's fault since it draws very little power; fortunately, it's one of the few devices that doesn't need frequent charging!

It's very good. Quite heavy, and quite thick. It's not for people who don't carry a bag outside. The only thing I didn't like is that it scratches VERY easily. It charges quite fast if you have a good charger, and my phone, which has 25w charging, charges it in super fast charging within 35 to 40 minutes full at least 3 if not 4 times. I like that it has a red dot to tell you if it's charging in fast charging or not, because I personally ruin cables very easily and sometimes if I use an old one it says check your connection.
