The Dewalt chainsaw operates with an 18-volt battery, does not produce exhaust fumes, and allows you to move freely as it is not dependent on cables and sockets. The working duration depends on the battery and how charged it is. It features a 20cm bar and is ideal for tree pruning and wood carving.
The chainsaw's battery and charger are not included in the package and must be purchased separately.
The advantage that brushless motors have over brushed ones is that they do not have friction since there are no carbon brushes. Without carbon brushes, the motors are more efficient and have a longer lifespan as there is no wear and tear (the carbon brushes in brushed motors wear out with use). You don't need to buy a bigger one unless you're cutting large trunks! It's a pruning tool, to climb up on the olive tree and make it understand.

DeWalt should also release a smaller model, which doesn't need to be that powerful.
A very good pruning tool from DeWalt and not only does it have power, it can also be used for wood construction, it is lightweight and very practical! I will return for comments after extended use. I have removed the safety guards; they are only for pruning. I use it for woodwork, and they hinder free cutting. Also, a fault is that it leaks oil from the oil reservoir; it should be positioned from the top side of the cap!
