You simply follow the instructions and it cleans the machine perfectly, it becomes almost like new, the water flow has fully returned.

Using it on a De'Longhi Dedica machine that hadn't been descaled for years (since it was purchased) restored the water flow to how it was when I bought it and greatly improved the taste of the coffee.

Effective product. After 2 passes from the coffee maker, instead of throwing it away, I threw it in the kettle without turning it on and left it for 5 minutes. The kettle not only shined but also maintained its shine for weeks. In the past, I would put water and vinegar in it and turn it on. It would clean, but apparently it didn't completely clean the salt deposits because it would start accumulating salt again within a week...

I used this specific product for descaling my illy iperespresso coffee machine. So far, I am very satisfied. Not only did it effectively unclog the tubes, but it also improved the performance. Specifically, after descaling, the amount of coffee has increased per cup without altering the taste. I will use it in the future for my French press coffee maker to see if it has the same results there. I will return with a new review. Lastly, I appreciate the included dosing meter on the bottle, which really helps because you know the exact amount of water to add.

It does what it claims, I think anyone who has issues with salts should get it. On the other hand, I did not find any instructions for use, not even a general one, such as the amount of liquid to use or if you need to fill the container with water, etc
