I combined it with the Eviol B complex to limit the seasonal summer hair loss I had noticed, and I must admit it worked very well. The hair loss was significantly reduced, and combined with other vitamins I take from time to time to maintain my well-being and combat the issues caused by my thyroid and perimenopause, it worked quite decently.

I used it for 2 months mainly for my hair, where I saw a slight improvement in hair loss but much fewer new growths. Although I have very damaged and fragile nails, after using the vitamins, they haven't broken at all and they are strong. However, the big difference is on my face, after using it, all the pimples have disappeared, there is no trace of redness, and it remains constantly hydrated.

I used it for two months, I didn't see any difference in my skin or nails, but in the immediate following period, I noticed many sprouts all over my head. It didn't bother my stomach at all.

I bought this supplement for at least 3 months, hoping to see a difference. Unfortunately, I didn't see any improvement on my nails or hair, only less hair loss. It should be noted that I don't subject my hair to heat or dye, so I was expecting something better.
