Terrific colors, I never had issues with shadows and blacks, and the 165Hz makes a huge difference. It has nice ready-made pre-set modes in the settings for gaming, movies, etc.
I only had one issue with mounting it on a dual monitor stand; for some reason, I can't screw the VESA mount onto the screen, it's very likely to be incompatible. Look into it if you plan to use a monitor stand.
