  I read some comments about the size of the pill, but I thought it was an exaggeration since I have taken other vitamins from the same company before and was satisfied. I use them during demanding periods or while on a diet, and they support me both in terms of energy and providing essential nutrients. I have seen changes in my hair, nails, teeth, and even physical performance. My acne has improved and overall my skin feels smoother. Especially for women, it is the best option, but at least 2 capsules a day are recommended. Maximum of 3 capsules is allowed. I can say that it is a reliable company. I would buy it again in the future! The size is large, but it is easily manageable.
