Description

The Prespa Dragon Trilogy presents three contradictory versions of the appearance of a monster in Great Prespa, the lake shared by three small countries vulnerable to demons and misfortunes: Greece, North Macedonia, and Albania. The beast's onslaught is sweeping, altering the climate, politics, and economy, causing destruction, uprooting, and deaths. Each country perceives the dragon's manifestations differently and interprets them in its own way. This volume presents the perspective of the Albanian shore, which is affected by an unprecedented frost. The researchers of this shore—archers and priestesses who study dragons—struggle to solve the riddle of the haunted lake, unaware that they are part of it. The Memory of Ice is both the end and the beginning of the trilogy, as it takes us to the origin of the phenomenon, where the solution lies. The dragon's triptych unfolds completely, and consciousness is called to confront the five senses. The Prespa Dragon Trilogy can be read in any order. Each book reveals a new world of action and mystery, passions and dilemmas, crimes and intrigues, illuminating the delicate threads that connect the dreams and illusions of people and nations.

I never thought I would read something like this from a Greek author!! An amazing idea! We are talking about an incredible modern fairy tale with EXCEPTIONAL work from the author in terms of research and structure, an EPIC trilogy (of course you will read ALL three!!!) and meanings on a second and third level.

Read it unreservedly and you will be transported to three worlds (one in each book) that ... maybe are not so far from our own after all.
