I have been using the classic Garnier micellar water for years until I randomly tried this one and now I wouldn't change it for anything. It's a biphasic formula that melts and cleans everything deeply with a minimal amount, without rubbing either lips or eyes. (I often wear heavy makeup, including glitter strass and all my lipsticks are long-lasting.)
I have acne-prone skin and also wear contact lenses.
It hydrates the skin, leaving it soft, and doesn't leave any oils if mixed well before use, nor does it sting the eyes.

Perfect for removing waterproof lipstick, but I have a reservation about using it on my eyes: I think the oil is responsible for clogging the tear duct. I discussed it with my ophthalmologist and he considers it possible.
