I bought it in black, the sole is fading and it opened within a month
I have been wearing the Boost since the company released them and I have been very satisfied all these years. This particular model is unacceptable. Very hard, resulting in a problem with my foot after two runs. Also, after wearing them 4 times without running, they opened up on the side. They have become gym and fashion shoes, definitely not for running. I hope they come back!

These shoes are not just for fashion and not just for running. They are a real tool in tasks with prolonged standing (e.g. hospital) and the boost sole has literally saved lives.
This particular ultraboost light, having tried all boost soles over time, is the best of all time in my opinion in comfort.
Of course, it lacks durability, as comfort/quality and durability at the same time is an unrealistic goal.
It has the classic disadvantages, durability, price, and sometimes it depends on the foot whether it will fit well or not.
For me, it's worth 1000% and unfortunately I see that it is being replaced by the ultraboost 5, I think they should have remained as an option.
Is it just me or do they seem tight on the ankles? I hope they loosen up a bit. I'm still on the second day. Other than that, they have a nice fit
Purchased on 29/12/23 from Adidas and after a few times of wearing them (about 10), it started to appear white on the inside from the black sole. I took them back today on 17/02/24 and they replaced them without any objection because they probably knew about the problem. I got the ones with the white sole. At least they won't fade!!! However, it is unacceptable for a €200 shoe to do this. Update. These are the new shoes with only two uses at the gym. Suddenly, the left shoe had some black marks on it and I cleaned it with a baby wipe. The next day, it became like this. I will take this one back as well to see what they will tell me.
I wore them 3-4 times when the black color started peeling off from the sole! The store refused to exchange them for me... unacceptable for such expensive shoes!
If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star, the worst thing I have ever bought. Ugly, uncomfortable, and no special appearance. So much hype for nothing, be careful not to fall for it like I did. I can't wait for them to break so I can throw them away.
Fashion has now made many people who do not exercise to buy expensive and good shoes that are purely for running just to walk! It's not bad, but I think there are equally other good cheaper options! For such an expensive shoe, it is awful. In the first week, the sole came off with simple use. I only wear it to work. Also, the black sole has worn off and the white is visible from the inside.
I buy ultraboost from 1.0 and onwards and unfortunately I realize that the quality is getting worse. The shoes are indeed lightweight and have a nice design, but in the second month, the sole starts to detach in difficult areas, such as the toe and the front interior. Definitely not worth 180 €, I think they should be priced around 80-90 euros if you can find them. The previous model had the same quality issues. I don't think I will buy them again.
Every day I am grateful for them! I got them for the summer season. At first, it took me 4-5 tries to get them on. They were difficult to put on until they fit me... but then... there was no hope. When the courier brought them to me, my soul hurt because I paid 130€ for them. I don't know about "good, running" shoes, but they are truly the best and most comfortable ones I have worn!!!!!! I wear them every day, for work, walking the dog, coffee, EVERYWHERE. At first, the foam on the sides started to wear out as if I was hitting my feet against each other... in terms of aesthetics, it's a flaw... in terms of durability, it has remained as it is. Choose them without fear. Remember one thing... we spend one-third of our lives on a mattress and in a pair of shoes! 5/5
Beautiful design, very comfortable, hugs the foot very well. The only issue is that the paint on the foam is external. So, from the first use, it scratched a bit and the color came off.. unacceptable for a shoe worth 200 euros.
It should have been better considering their price, but after hours of walking, I am a bit tired compared to the simple models of the company. Thank you...
We are talking about the best shoes in the world for shock absorption, comfortable walking, lightweight, and suitable for intense training. Your feet won't hurt at all after hours of walking, even if you are carrying some extra weight. If you search on international websites for the most comfortable and relaxing shoes, you will find these and the Hoka ones. Get them without hesitation.
Overpriced rubbish. After three to four months of only walking, my feet hurt! Stay away...
I use these shoes for running both on a treadmill and on tartan on a field. They have served me perfectly. As soon as I wore them, I fell in love with them and bought them after two days. For amateur use, they cover me completely.
Bought for 120 euros. Size 42 2/3 and weight 298 grams. They are comfortable for long distances but a bit heavy. The sole has a lot of material which makes the shoes heavy, but it is very good and provides a great feeling when stepping. It absorbs a lot and gives a good response on rough terrain. The fabric is very elastic and holds the foot well. There is no protection on the heel. I spent a lot of money on these.
So I've been wearing them since February. They are the best so far. I've been wearing Adidas for years. The only problem is that they slip a lot when wet and there is a rubber underneath that came off and if it comes off completely, I don't know how it will affect walking. And my colleague has the same shoe with the same problem.
After 20 years, I decided to try adidas shoes. As soon as I tried them on, I was amazed. They perfectly embrace the foot, they are extremely lightweight, and have a soft sole that provides just the right amount of stability for walking. I bought them for long walks and I am extremely satisfied! I purchased them for 140€
Comfortable shoe, it appears sturdier than the previous model. I personally can't notice a difference in weight, but it is lightweight. It is wider than previous models. Also, I would prefer the back part to be smaller as it protrudes more than it seems in the photos. 4 stars because it has some imperfections in the boost connection.

Let's talk about the Ultraboost Light (some also call them Ultraboost 23). It's difficult to notice the differences in appearance.
As soon as I tried them on, I noticed them (that's the main purpose of this review).
Firstly, the weight difference is noticeable. Also, they are significantly more stable. I think the fit is also slightly wider. I have wide feet and overpronation. The UB22 simply doesn't work for my feet, just like most neutral shoes.
The UB Light is both comfortable and keeps the foot stable, like a good stability shoe. It also hugs the foot nicely like a sock, without causing any discomfort. Additionally, with thin socks, the foot feels a bit cold at the moment, so I believe they will be great for summer.
I currently own: Adidas Ultraboost 20 & 21, Asics Kayano 28 & 29, New Balance 1080v12, Saucony Endorphin Speed 3, and I have tried many others (Hoka Clifton 8 & 9/Bondi 7/Arahi 6), Asics Nimbus 24/Noosa Tri 14, Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22/Glycerin 20 & 20 GTS/Ghost 15, all New Balance Fuelcell, etc.), so I have a good idea of which shoes are stable and which are not, which are comfortable and soft, etc.
I should also mention the following: I was looking for a sport shoe, as comfortable as possible, to wear daily with cargo pants, chinos, and generally for casual outfits, as I walk several kilometers daily and often need to run due to time constraints.
I was torn between UB Light and Asics Nimbus 25. Nimbus 25 is by far the most comfortable and soft shoe I have worn, and at the same time, it is ALSO stable. An incredible feeling. Unfortunately, it seems too bulky/chunky to me, which is why I chose the UB Light. To each their own.
I bought them for 180€, taking advantage of the current 10% discount running in the company's stores.
