The most useless purchase!!!! It is just for show. All the series. I have had it for 3 years and it has given me a headache.

Purchase 26/4/24. The setup of the machine on a Windows 10 computer was relatively easy. Both with a cable and on Wi-Fi. The strange thing it did from the very first moment was that it was trying to update the firmware and it never happened, neither automatically nor manually through Windows. After 4 months, with a total of 20-25 printed pages, it only prints blank paper. I changed the ink with a new genuine one (always) but nothing happened even after I did cleaning, alignment of the cartridges, and everything else in the toolbox. It pulls the sheets and prints them blank. I will call service to send it back. Better to choose something else other than HP because from what I hear, their new models have all these issues, which did not happen with the older ones (from a decade ago).
