Just installed in a friend's office. The printer looks good, well-built, and is priced well for what it offers. 1. After the first sheet of paper, you have to press the paper button to continue printing. Otherwise, it blinks.
2. On the 6th-7th sheet, it jams and takes 1 minute to print that specific one, ejecting the paper incredibly slowly.
3. It consumes ink as if there is no tomorrow.

If you isolate all of the above, the result is relatively satisfactory.

I had a lot of trouble connecting it. I downloaded the HP Smart app on my phone, and while at first it seemed that the software installation and the connection to WiFi went smoothly, I struggled for hours to connect to the HP account I needed to create to complete the installation, to be able to print from my phone and register for Insta Ink. Until I discovered that the problem was due to using Chrome. I had to set Firefox as the default browser, and then it finally worked. I didn't have any issues with the printer itself, except maybe with the placement of the black ink cartridge, which required more pressure to snap in, and I was afraid I might break the casing. It prints faster than I expected, and the print quality is just fine for home use.

The installation and use is done only via Wifi through an app on the phone. In my case, the installation did not proceed because the printer did not recognize the color ink that was included in the package. It only progressed when I omitted the color ink and used only the black and white one. The laptop with Windows 10 found it easily via wifi.

Good machine for home use, no problems in the 5 months I have had it. Since I have limited usage, I could say that the Instant Ink program serves me well, although I think it could be more economical if you consider that there are good compatible inks available at very good prices for a large number of prints.
