The mobile phone is very good, I have been using it for a month now and it has no issues. The battery holds charge very well and charges quickly
bought new (8/256 black). At first, it wouldn’t let us make calls because there were "missed" calls (there weren’t any in reality). After a restart, it got better. Then, the microphone either "sounded muffled" or they could hear us very low (volume 3-4 out of 10).
For the first time, I am disappointed with Xiaomi. what a pity
The company gave me the phone to use for business purposes. After 20 days, I couldn't take it anymore.. I went and bought another one, and returned it.. The phone was new and not used when I received it from the company..
Very good phone and at a very good price for so much RAM, dual SIM, and 256 GB capacity
Initially, it arrived with a defective front camera. We noticed it from the first day. We returned it, they repaired it (20 days without the device), the resolution of the front and back cameras is still worse than the 12c we had before. Finally, unfortunately, I discovered today that it does not have NFC while the 12c did. It has 5G, but not 4G; I don't understand why they release phones today without NFC. I requested a refund and hope they will accept it, complete disappointment...
It constantly freezes. When someone calls you, it takes 10 seconds to appear on the screen. The photos are mediocre. The Redmi 9 I had was leagues better.
As soon as I bought it, I put the SIM inside, opened it, everything was fine... I went to put another SIM, the door won't open at all, it's dead. I spoke with the store and they told me to take it to a local shop in my area to see if they could open it, but nothing. It won't open. Fortunately, I have the cards I want inside. Although the store told me to return it, I didn't do it; I can't send it back with my cards inside!!! So I still have it like this and it just goes on... The sound is terrible, no volume at all, in speakerphone mode you can barely hear, the battery is normal, it's fast though (8g) but sometimes it freezes and to unfreeze it, I have to lock it and unlock it again. The camera is good for normal photos, the screen is so-so!!! I had and still have the Red me 7 for 5.5 years and I was very satisfied... this one now I don't see lasting more than a year. I can say I'm quite disappointed!
I come from the Redmi 7a which I bought for €75 in '19. In comparison, I don't like it. At €110, the quality is below expectations and I don't think it will last 5 years like the 7a. Also, the earpiece has a microphone issue and the caller hears their own voice. I had to lower the volume quite a bit and now I can't hear well. Also, the charger was defective and didn't charge properly until I used an old one and it's okay! In short, it's worth 2 stars but due to its good price, I give it 4. On the plus side, it's quite fast and has a good screen. For the same money, I got the kids the Poco C65 and it seems quite better, maybe the 13c was defective, I don't know, take it with caution...
It keeps freezing constantly and suddenly the touch stops working during the scroll. You have to lock it and unlock it to continue.
I have had the phone since it was released and for the money, I have no complaints. It definitely doesn't offer anything impressive but it will meet your needs and then some. It will play games, not as smoothly of course, but still, there won't be any problems. The only "negative" I would say is that sometimes when I want to check the time or briefly see some notifications on the lock screen, I can't because it opens directly with the fingerprint sensor located on the power button.
I ordered 2 identical ones for my sons, one works while the other doesn't turn on at all in the second month... the device shows no signs of wear and hasn't fallen, the warranty... I have submitted a return request for service or replacement from the store and I am waiting for another device to be sent back, the same one repaired, I will return with a new review.
This particular phone is a medium-quality device, suitable for those who do not have or want to spend more money. I have had it for three months now. The most important thing: its battery does not last very long when you are constantly using the internet. The unlock touch works whenever it wants. In the photos, there are not all the editing features like in other models. On the positive side, I will mention the large capacity, the comfort in navigation, pretty much all the functions of Xiaomi are just fine, for those who are familiar with them.
It is a very good phone, AI photo and video analysis, it has a ton of features and has Siri functionality for inside the phone, meaning if you say open Instagram, it opens it, the battery doesn't last that long but that's not such a problem.
only the battery is worth it,. I've had it for two months, it freezes, it doesn't have loud sound, and when you talk it's hard to hear the other person.. the photos for its price at 130 euros are good and only the battery is worth it... the worst thing I've ever bought...
Best value for money, it performs very well for its price. The only one in its category with NFC
After 5 years of hard use of the Huawei P40 Lite, light years ahead and more high-quality phones (America feared Huawei for its phones), I was forced to get the Xiaomi because they didn't sell Huawei or Honor in my city. A value for money at €159 with dignity but mediocre in everything. From build quality, calls, photos, videos, sound, etc. It is the best you can get for this money unless you live in a big city where they sell Huawei and Honor. I cried in a corner when I went from a shiny German Mercedes to an Indian Tata, but what can I do... P.S. The Huawei was thin like a cigarette paper while this one is thick like a brick and you will get tired if you play games
I read the good reviews and I bought it. Unfortunately, I regretted it. The camera does not take good photos and the speaker in speakerphone mode is not loud, just like the ringtone sound. The battery lasts only one day with a little surfing and the apps open with delay. The only pro is that it is sturdy as a device.
Great value for money this smartphone. Except for the camera and the speaker which are just satisfactory, overall it rocks. With hyperOS now and a battery that lasts more than 1 day. Very good display, smooth operating, really well done once again Xiaomi.
I will not give it 5 stars just because of the battery life, which, despite being so large, does not last more than a day. Otherwise, the phone is excellent. With 120 euros, you get much more than what you expect.
Very beautiful mobile phone. I bought it for my husband and for the two weeks he has been using it, he has no complaints. I bought it for about 110 euros and it is definitely worth the money, and more, in terms of value for money.
A value for money mobile phone. For its 120€, it is very good. I bought it for my father. It has a large screen and reads letters more easily, a fairly quality device, satisfactory speaker. It doesn't go super fast. I opened it for the first time and it goes much slower than my 3-year-old 11T, but for its 120€, it is very, very good. We didn't mind that it didn't come with a charger, with such money chargers are not expected. At least it had a cable. The device charges at 18 watts so it needs a charger and about 1.5+ hours of patience to charge. My father saw a huge difference since he had my old Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus with 4GB of RAM from 2018, which he used every day until its battery couldn't take it anymore, swelled up, and the phone split in two. Nevertheless, it still worked fine.
I expected the camera to be much better, but personally, it didn't impress me. It's silly that the packaging doesn't include a charger and headphones. The battery lasts quite a while based on personal use, and I can go up to 5 days with reasonable usage. Before someone chooses it, they should also look for other options at the same price
Lower than the 10C my father had before, but unfortunately it was stolen from him.
I believe it's better not to have a smartphone at all than to have this one that frustrates me.
It gets bored even with the simplest tasks.
We said it's cheap, okay.
But a mobile phone from 2017 (iPhone 6s) can't be faster than this.
It's a joke.
If it cost 50€, maybe it would be value for money.
I didn't like that it wasn't charged inside the package for the phone, meaning if the phone runs out of battery, I will have to go and buy a charger. Unacceptable
Well, the truth is that it is a very good mobile for its price, it supports several games easily, but the speaker is not that good since it has one next to the charging port. I am satisfied with the performance and what has impressed me is that you can go to the settings and make it 16gb ram
The phone is value for money if you want a phone to do your everyday tasks with it! The problem I noticed is its sound because it has only one speaker next to the charging port... However, it doesn't bother me because I use wireless (Bluetooth) headphones! What makes it excellent is the HDR function that its screen has in combination with its large surface! I recommend it to people who want it for simple use and at the price of 150€ it's hard to find such a phone!
