• Partial Darkness – Simple: These fabrics offer medium-level darkness. Sunlight slightly passes through the fabric. We cannot see clearly outside the window, nor can we be seen from the inside.
• Blackout – Total Darkness: Blackout fabrics provide complete darkness. You cannot see through a blackout roller. Blackouts have a vinyl layer on the back surface to prevent any light from passing through. Light only passes from the sides and from the top and bottom.
• Screen – Perforated: Screen fabrics offer minimal darkness. We can slightly see outside the window, but they cannot see us. If we turn on the light inside, we are largely visible. They are ideal for professional spaces. The level of darkness also depends on the color of the fabric; the lighter it is, the more light will pass through.
