I have had it for 2 years and something (oh that something). At first, I enjoyed the coffees, but once it hit a year and beyond, the hot ones came out lukewarm. I had to put them in the microwave. After a year and a half, it needed cleaning. I bought the well-known cleaning liquid bottles, cleaned it once, it worked for a few weeks, and then it stopped working, it won't start. I took it to the service, and the guy announced the sad news to me, it probably needs a circuit board, 30-35 euros, and I want 10. But I told him a new one costs 49, and with 49 euros I got a Dolce Gusto and a bunch of free coffees. What can I do, he says, you should have been more careful. Exactly 2 years and something after the warranty expired. I am in the dilemma of whether to buy a new one or throw away a bunch of coffee boxes?

I would not recommend someone to buy it. I think it's wasted money, especially the 50 euros, it's not worth it. Over time, it broke days after the warranty ended. Essentially, I didn't even bother to repair it since the product was "burned out." As for the quality of the coffee, I wouldn't say it's the best possible, but it's not undrinkable either.

I had a Nespresso and got this one. Quite good coffee with nice flavors and plenty of options. Recommended! Easy to use. I also discovered that it is one of the few that takes a refillable capsule with whatever coffee or beverage you want! So you definitely save money!

I have been using it for 2 months and so far my comments are as follows:
It heats up very quickly and is relatively quiet.
It makes satisfactory coffee with very good crema.
Its disadvantage is that you have to use Nestle capsules.
Now I will try it with reusable capsules.
That's it

Good coffee and value for money machine. Unfortunately, very poor reliability, as in less than a year from purchase, it needs a board replacement. The after-sales service is also unacceptable, as the machine has been in service for over a month due to a lack of spare parts.
